從一月中重回健身到現在,肩膀還沒有受過傷
可能是因為在訓練中力求動作確實、緩慢
但沒想到上星期四卻破功
原因不是因為健身,卻是因為打籃球@@
那天重訓完想說很久沒打籃球了,稍微打一下
沒想到太過認真,猛搶籃板,手臂快速上舉的後果,便是肩膀受了傷
導致現在在休養中@@
不過這大概是天意吧,連續照了課表(練三休一)練了快二個月
看了前幾篇大大的分享文,照課表連操許久後要休個一星期
看來我就照著作吧@@"
有人也是因為健身以外的運動而受傷的嗎?
